Refund policy

Request a return through our Contact page within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and the item you want to return. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Please wait for return instructions before sending an item back. We will provide the return address after approving your request. Do not send returns to the address on the shipping label unless we instruct you to.

For a change-of-mind return, you pay return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable. We charge no restocking fee.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with your order number and photographs so we can arrange a suitable replacement or refund. We cover any required return shipping for our errors or defective items.

After receiving and inspecting an approved return, we will notify you of the decision. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.

Contact us promptly to request cancellation. We can cancel an order only before it has been processed for shipment. Once it has shipped, the return policy applies.
